Often times when we are feeling gloom and doom, or down and
out we tend to turn inward and close ourselves off from the outside. Take those
feelings that are stuffed deep inside and take them outdoors and out in nature.
Nature has the power to renew our spirit. Release any negative thoughts or feelings.
Allow them to simply fade away as you notice what’s right in front of you. Our
inward state begins to open up as our eyes open to what nature has to offer us.
Choose nature as your remedy for the summer time blues. Perk up with nature!
