Clouds of Compassion

Nature speaks to us, sometimes our message is written in the clouds. Open your mind and open your heart. Love freely and feel compassion. Practice metta meditation. Metta is the philosophy and practice of Universal Love. We begin with our self, and wish for our well-being, since we often have difficulty loving others without first loving ourselves, then we extend the wish to all beings. Sitting quietly, mentally repeat, slowly and steadily, the following or similar phrases: May I be happy. May I be well. May I be safe. May I be peaceful and at ease. Then slowly repeat phrases of loving-kindness toward another or to all others: May all beings be happy. May all beings be well. May all beings be safe. May all beings be peaceful and at ease.

May all beings awaken to the light of their true nature.
