We Are Warriors!

Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) is a yoga pose that teaches us how to bring wisdom into the actions of our everyday lives. This pose offers many rewards; one is being centered with the feeling of balance and ease on all levels - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. It is the clarity you feel when nature sends you a message or requests your undivided attention.
