Chin Up

So often we are looking down. We are looking down toward our phones and devices or down toward our feet. Look up and notice the things that may otherwise go unnoticed. Perhaps you’ll notice a friendly smile or maybe you'll want to share a smile with another. Maybe you will see a rare flower, a surprise rainbow, or a beautiful bird gliding overhead. Spend time looking up and around and enjoy what you see. Smile at it and it will smile back.
