Take A Load Off

Have you ever been out on a remote trail and come upon an inviting bench? Have you ever taken the time to sit on that bench? Accept its invitation. Take a seat, take a deep breath and see what you are intended to see. Take time to get outdoors and if you come upon a bench, sit down and take a load off.

If you come upon a bench along the trail, accept its invitation, sit down, take a load off, take a deep breath and see what nature wants you to see.
